Allows un-coupling of the chemical nature of the buffering components from pH.Using only 16 stock solutions any number of different pH values can be achieved within the given range for each of the eight broad range buffer systems.Buffers not only control the pH of a crystallization but also contribute to the chemistry of the reagent with the component buffering ions and chemical species. Each pair from this series of broad-range buffers permits a wide range of pH values to be set up, thus allowing the pH to be changed without altering the buffer chemistry.This kit contains the following buffer systems in 16 x 50 mL solutions:

1. 1M SPG Buffer pH 4 and pH 10
2. 1M MIB Buffer pH 4 and pH 10
3. 1M PCTP Buffer pH4 and pH 9.5
4. 1M MMT Buffer pH 4 and pH 9
5. 1M CHC Buffer pH 4 and pH 9
6. 1M AAB Buffer pH 4 and pH 9
7. 1M TBG Buffer pH 4 and pH 9
8. 1M Imidazole and 1M DL Malic acid

Each broad range system consists of component buffers chosen to have a variety of chemistries. H 摘要： This study attempts to calculate the areas of the cross section and diameter of the CH3 group, COOH group, the length of the carbon chain, and the longtiudinal distance between carbon atoms for each of the three acids. It also attempts to develop a method of measuring the effective diameter of molecules of gases.
